Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in its original condition

In its original packaging, with all tags and hangtags intact

Purchased directly from our website (items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the place of purchase)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, washed, or worn items

Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing support@wtsilicook.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Unless the item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.

Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment service provider.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect goods.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged goods. If you wish to exchange for a different product or size, we recommend returning the original item to receive a refund before placing a new order.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside your country/region, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for international orders will be settled in the original currency used at the time of purchase. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
